Get Fit Like That has created a new workout that consists of a range of lower body moves that you can do anywhere to strengthen and build your glutes, and hamstrings, strengthen your quads, and slim down your inner and outer thighs. And not one piece of equipment is needed. Of course, if you want, you can add always grab a resistance band or a set of dumbbells, but it’s completely optional.
