Electricity returns as you hear neighbours Kids shout NEPA  !

You have no light and you know you had 18 units of electricity the previous day

you do not have AC in your house or a freezer and you go to your meter

its reading 0.0kwh  ! HOW  ?

You Want to Put in Electricity Recharge . Your Meter Refuses To Accept The buttons Showing  E07   0.0KwH  on the display . wahala !
